This position is located in: Moe
- Permanent full-time position. Based in Moe_

Engage with a caseload of clients on their journey to secure employment opportunities. Then, support them to stay employed through the Disability Employment Services contract. **_ Duties_**
- Get people into work by breaking down the goal of employment into smaller, achievable steps
- Work in collaboration with employers to secure vacancies and promote our services
- Deliver holistic caseload management
- Ensure accurate timely administration

Experience is an asset, but equally being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you are driven and have a positive attitude, the ability to manage your workload / priorities and confidence with a variety of customer relationships you can succeed with us.
