**Best&Less** has an opportunity for a **Part-time Team Member** to join the passionate and supportive team based at our **Rouse Hill store** in New South Wales. The position is for 12 hours per week, with the flexibility to pick up additional hours as required. Must be available to work all Fridays.

As an integral member of the Rouse Hill ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team Member, your role will include**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in retail is a bonus but not necessary
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Desire to develop your career in retail

**Salary**: Up to $23.45 per hour
