**About the Role**:

- As a consultant in our national Dynamics FinOps practice, this role is customer facing where you’ll be required to lead supply chain related projects, run workshops, document requirements and support existing customer requirements as needed.

You will configure and implement Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to meet the needs of our clients. You will be a key resource who works with developers, solution architects, project managers, and functional consultants in supply chain projects. You should be comfortable working autonomously whilst proactively contributing as part of a team.
- You will be an SME for our clients for D365 F&O SCM implementation projects. A key outcome will be to ensure that NCS maintains and sustains a high level of client satisfaction for all project delivery matters.

**About You**:

- Prior experience in a similar role with 3-4 end to end D365 F&O SCM implementation projects.
- Participated in large scale data migration projects and expert in data flow, template etc.
- An SME who can guide, advise our clients and direct the decision making for the implementation of D365.
- Experience in requirements scoping and documentation, solution design and system configuration.
- Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Dynamics solution with a focus on advanced SCM modules
- Implementation experience in functions of advanced warehouse management
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain (MB330). Other certifications an advantage
- Delivery of customer facing consulting and facilitating discovery workshops for fit/gap analysis
- Development of work instructions and business process flows
- Consulting and solutioning for all D365 SCM modules
- Preparing user manuals, training presentations and demos for business users
- System configuration for SCM module requirements
- Provide go-live support to users and project team
- Supporting pre-sales activity
