InvoCare (IVC) is an ASX listed leading provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and operates private memorial parks and crematoria in Australia and New Zealand.
The key functions of this position are to:
- Support funeral operations by providing best practice in the preparation and presentation of deceased persons operating within a first class mortuary facility.
- Co-ordinate and provide embalming and mortuary services within the timeframes necessary for viewings and funerals, in accordance with InvoCare policies, procedures and quality standards as well as Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all levels of contact with external and internal customers, by telephone and face to face.
- The initiative and personal skills to work pro-actively and co-operatively within a team environment.
