**Casual position available at PCYC Blacktown**

$33.80 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as a Gymnastics Coach under our Enterprise Agreement, you'll do more than just teach skills—you’ll role model our core values of Respect, Commitment, Resilience, Integrity, and Citizenship every day.
- Delivering exciting, safe and inclusive gymnastics classes
- Designing and planning engaging lesson content tailored to different ages and abilities
- Supporting customer service and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Creating an environment that encourages resilience, teamwork and confidence
- Coaching across a wide range of programs - from Kindergym to Trampoline, TeamGym to Parkour, Cheerleading to Artistic Gymnastics

**About You**

Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as;
- Loves working with kids and creating a positive, safe environment
- Has a strong interest in gymnastics or sport (Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation desirable - or willingness to obtain)
- Brings strong communication, reliability, and teamwork to the role
- Has (or can obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Previous experience in coaching, youth work, or customer service is a bonus
