Farro is seeking a dedicated Pizza Maker to join our team at our original Farro restaurant in Thornbury.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday for dinner, and Sunday for lunch & dinner.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ability to stretch hand dough
- Operate a pizza oven - wood fired, gas or electric
- Prepare and cook ingredients
- Clean and manage kitchen equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
- Be responsible in assisting with the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver high quality dishes to our customers
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises
- Opening & closing of the kitchen section

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
