**The Opportunity**:We are seeking a passionate and qualified Health Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality vocational education and training to students pursuing a career in health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess student learning and progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure successful course completion.
- Mentor and guide students, helping them achieve their career aspirations.
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure our students transition smoothly into their chosen careers.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification (desirable).
- Health certificate with training experience.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their career goals.
