**About the role**

The key responsibilities for this role are:

- to service our existing client base by taking calls from trade customers relating to technical enquiries, parts interpretation, and stock enquiries
- to embrace the team culture within a dynamic environment

**About you**
- Excellent communications skills
- A superstar seller and problem solver and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
- Committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
- Safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates
- A passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
- Comfortable sharing knowledge and can communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position is preferred, however knowledge of either, automatic or manual transmissions, and a passion for 4 x 4 is desirable
- This role will suit a qualified mechanic who is looking for a change in career path
