We are looking for a committed staff member to join our team Hours required are 6:30am - 2pm Monday - Friday including occasional weekend shifts.
Position Duties:
- Customer Service
- Making all beverages including Coffee & Smoothies
- Staff management
- Quality control
- Marketing
- General cleaning duties
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager /Manager
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Managing a small team including overseeing revenue, sales, and operations
- Barista skills and passion for Coffee
- Previous experience in hospitality/retail
- Live locally
- Driver license ( this is not necessary ) but would be ideal
- Friendly with a can-do attitude
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
