With a growing portfolio of commercial, and civil works, we’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable **General Labourer** to support our site crews.

**About the Role**:
As a General Labourer with Retaining Specialists, you will work alongside skilled operators and tradespeople on various projects involving slope stabilisation, retaining structures, soil nailing, shotcreting, and earthworks. This is a physically active, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work and is eager to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with site preparation and ground stabilisation tasks
- Supporting the installation of retaining systems (soil nails, shotcrete, etc.)
- Manual handling of materials and site clean-up
- Operating hand tools and small equipment under supervision
- Maintaining site safety and following WHS procedures
- Working closely with supervisors and trades to ensure efficient project delivery

**Requirements**:

- **White Card** - **required**:

- Previous labouring or construction site experience - desirable
- Physically fit, with a willingness to perform manual labour in outdoor environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Punctual, dependable, and a team player
- Own PPE (steel-cap boots, hi-vis clothing) - **required**:

- Driver’s licence and reliable transport - **preferred**
