**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and capable Technical Dynamics365 Consultant to join on a 6 month contract basis. Responsibilities will include:

- Working closely within the technology team and technical lead to shape the D365 landscape by adopting industry best practices
- Collaborating with platform architect, product owner and functional consultants to analyse requirements and design technical solutions
- Continuously developing and maintaining a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and related technologies

**About you**
- Minimum 10 years of CRM experience with at least 5 those being in D365
- D365 experience including: Customisation, custom workflow, plugin, custom API, flow
- Experience in field service or another CX platform
- JavaScript/Typescript experience
- Large scale/enterprise systems experience
