Nanny/housekeeper

**Our executive is seeking a full-time Domestic Helper and Nanny. The family is comprised of a 2 parents who are senior executives with demanding work schedules and a young child (11 months old).**

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing attentive care for an 11 month old baby, including assisting with morning routines, and managing logistics for extracurricular activities;
- Administering necessary medical treatments like pain relief etc as per the family's request.
- Working with the parents to meet the needs of the child
- Setting up and overseeing online and face to face meetings with family members while parents are working.
- Undertaking general domestic duties, including grocery shopping, meal preparation, and supporting the parents.
- Managing laundry, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the household.
- Maintaining regular communication with the parents if there are any issues at home; and
- Assist with any other errands and home-based tasks as needed;
- Ad hoc duties, as required.

**Living Arrangements**
- The home will be located in a central area of Maitland within walking distance to all needed amenities, including a grocery store, and public transport

**Skills and experience**
- Language: Proficiency in English (required). Basic understanding of Spanish will be valued.
- Experience is preferred.
- A sound understanding of age appropriate needs.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude; and
- Food preparation skills.

To be eligible for consideration all applicants must be an Australian Citizen / Australian Permanent Resident / New Zealand Citizen or hold_**(or be eligible to hold)**_ appropriate work rights to work in Australia and be willing to undertake the necessary pre-employment checks which may include a Medical and a National Police Check.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
