Our client is a highly regarded professional labour hire organisation with a heavy industry focus on Agriculture.
**The Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement programs to improve employee performance and well-being
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys and feedback sessions
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their performance and well-being
- Organize and lead employee training and development programs
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure company policies and procedures align with company values and mission
**About You**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or a related field is highly regarded
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in a blue collar, high volume recruitment environment
- A passion for supporting employees coming from overseas and help solve the labour gap in Australia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision making
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace
