Barrelhouse Armadale is a local bar/restaurant that serves up quality food & drinks. We are a family run group, with our menu focusing on traditional pub food with influences from American style BBQ. We have venues in Armadale and Perth CBD

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for professional Wait Staff to serve meals and drinks to the patrons of our business.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure customer satisfaction and augment our establishment’s reputation.

We require someone who is has an open availability, but are focusing to find staff during the day and evenings Wednesday to Saturday

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu options
- Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions
- Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately
- Mix drinks following our procedures
- Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- Process payments accurately
- Work with other staff as a team
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven work experience as a Wait Staff Member is preferable
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
- Customer-oriented and planning skills
- Outstanding people skills
- Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
- Willing to work a flexible roster that includes weekends and public holidays
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Over the age of 18 years old

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.50 per hour
