Want to shake-up the way we deliver high quality and safe research practices? You’ll be responsible for scoping, designing, and managing continuous improvement projects and embedding new practices across our research office and community. You’ll have an opportunity to influence stakeholders and team members to embed best practices via continuous improvement methodologies. You’ll have a Bachelors or Post-graduate degree in Biomedical sciences, and will have substantial experience in research ethics & integrity, research design and enablement, agile methodology and continuous improvement strategies.

Selection Criteria Desirable: 1. To oversee management, coaching and mentoring of direct reports per OfR organizational chart, and business as usual activities as implemented per Research Governance Framework.
Desirable: 2. Responsible for the development, documentation, implementation and management of a Research Data Management platform, which will become a single point of truth for research management at Austin Health;
Desirable: 3. Management of sprint backlog, and sprint priorities using Agile Methodology.
Desirable: 4. Scoping stakeholder requirements by co-designing and including stakeholders.
Desirable: 7. Working within the OfR Team the incumbent will provide a seamless and holistic service for key research stakeholders.
