Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damages or necessary repairs.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to the company’s cleaning protocols and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Report any security or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites in the Melbourne area.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Police clearance or willingness to undergo background checks.
