At Grill'd, we’re all about flipping the burger game. For 20 years, we’ve been proudly Australian-made, serving up guilt-free, healthy burgers that stand out from the crowd. With over 175+ locations and a commitment to quality, sustainability, and community, we’re excited to make our mark in Hobart. Whether you’re leading a shift or making sure the team runs like a well-oiled machine, you’ll ensure the Grill'd experience is top-notch

**What We’re Looking For**:
Got experience in hospitality? Great If not, no worries - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Whether you’ve been a Team Leader or a Shift Manager before, we value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Teamwork and communication are essential - we want you to thrive in our collaborative environment.

**OUR RESTAURANT IS SET TO OPEN AT THE END OF NOVEMBER - WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING TEAM MEMBERS AND TEAM LEADERS WHO CAN START IMMEDIATELY. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL UNDERGO 2-4 WEEKS OF TRAINING IN MELBOURNE, WITH FLIGHTS AND ACCOMMODATION FULLY COVERED.**
