**About the role***:

- Provide basic personal care while assisting with clinical care
- Assisting residents with mobility equipment, helping with food and fluids, maximizing a resident's physical function through rehabilitation and maintaining domestic aged care arrangements
- Observe residents around any health or behavioural changes and document and report the changes.

**Requirements**:

- At least your 2 dose of a COVID vaccination and 1st booster
- This year’s flu vaccine
- Certificate III Aged Care
- National Police Check
- Be based in NSW
