If you’re the go-to person, the one who answers the questions, with the know-how to keep facilities running like clockwork, we have several opportunities for Grounds Utilities to join our FIFO Service Attendant team.
**No FIFO experience? No problem This could be your chance to get your start in a lucrative industry.**
- _ This Full-time position, requires the ability to commit to a consistent 2 week-on, 1 week-off roster on a Fly-In-Fly-Out roster across Western Australia’s remote sites._
**What do Grounds Utilities do?**
- General gardening, lawn mowing, whipper snipping, weed spraying etc.
- Knowledge of reticulation system e.g. water filters, irrigation, WWTP check, RO plant check.
- Collection and Disposal of Rubbish onsite.
- Collecting and sorting linen.
- Inspecting laundry, gym facilities and report any defects.
- Cleaning of laundry facilities, gyms, ablution blocks.
- Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas and common areas e.g. BBQs, pressure washing, blower vac use.
- Weekly truck unload and stock rotation.
- Pool maintenance (where applicable).
- Basic Handyman skills
**Qualifications**
To be successful, you’ll need:
- WA Manual C Class Drivers License
- Forklift Ticket
Desirable, not essential:
- Trade Assistant Experience
- HR Drivers License
**What does it take to work FIFO?**

- You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and, day or night shifts as required
- Ability to endure remote environment in extreme heat or weather conditions
- Ability to multi-task and assist in other areas with positive teamwork approach
- Ability to understand the requirements of safe work and safety protocols
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
