The Role
Exciting growth of our organisation sees the need for an experience and highly motivated Data Migration Specialist to join our Data Services team. Based in our modern South Wharf office, this role will provide comprehensive support to our clients in the delivery of a wide range of data services projects. The role will provide hands-on technical direction and management of migration projects and delivery to ensure requirements and our clients' expectations are successfully met
Key Responsibilities
As someone who thrives working with data in a truly dynamic environment, you will be responsible for driving the following deliverables:

- Strong client facing and stakeholder management experience to work closely with our valued clients
- Provide technical hands-on data migration projects delivery
- Successful delivery of data migrations projects including strong domain knowledge in data analysis, data cleansing, data deduping and data mapping, and integration tools
- Effective management of migrations scope (including changes in scope), to ensure successful delivery of data migrations projects
- Evaluating complex data requests, data issues, and opportunities to maximise value to client's solution

Key Attributes
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
- Proficient experience in the following:

- SQL to perform complex end-to-end data migration activities;
- Exceptional Data management and data analysis skills
- ETL - SSIS, integration tools
- Proven analytical capability with exceptional documentation skills
- Demonstrated business and technical knowledge along with process expertise
- Excellent time management and personal organisation abilities
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely including with non-technical stakeholders
