Pizza Maker Spotswood

We are on the hunt for our newest pizza maker Join the best pizzeria in Australia 3 years running This position would see you working 30 hours per week at our Spotwood location. Sometimes prep and occasional other shifts may see you working out our other restaurants in South Yarra and Elsternwick. Spotswood is open Friday 5-late, Saturday and Sunday 12- late MUST have experience in all aspects of pizza making - from hand stretching dough to cooking in a wood fired oven. Must have experience in a fast paced kitchen. Duties Include: - Preparing pizza dough including stretching - Cooking pizzas in wood-fired. - Removing pizzas from oven and preparing them for serving - Ensuring that all the section are kept clean and tidy and maintaining oven and cooking utensils - Coordinating with kitchen and service staff. - Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift. - Have a high standard for food and cleanliness - Be accurate, consistent in preparation and be able to follow instructions. - Work well in a team - Attention to detail - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task - Professional attitude **Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Day range: - Every weekend - Weekend availability Shift: - Afternoon shift - Evening shift Ability to commute/relocate: - SPOTSWOOD, VIC 3015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
