Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced colouring services including balayage, foilyage, highlights, creative blends, root melts, colour corrections, toning, and glossing
- Consult with clients to create customised colour formulas and results
- Maintain a high level of technical skill, creativity, and attention to detail
- Provide an exceptional client experience and uphold salon standards
- Stay updated on current colour trends, techniques, and product knowledge

About You
- Qualified Hairdresser / Colourist with at least **2-3 years’ salon experience**:

- Strong expertise in advanced colour techniques and corrections
- Confident in consultations and custom colour formulation
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about hair artistry
- Motivated to grow within a partnership model (not a traditional employment role)
