We welcome an energetic Lifestyle (Wellbeing) Team Leader to design and deliver well-balanced lifestyle and wellbeing programs, including group activities and one-on-one support for residents in our Homestead Estate Home located in Wallington, Geelong.
- Located in 30 minutes from Geelong in _Wallington_ and close to the picturesque Bellarine Peninsula and offering captivating views of the surrounding countryside, _TLC Healthcare Wallington_ boasts a recently renovated _190 bed_ residential aged care home for residents wanting an elevated standard of care._

What you’ll be doing
- Design and deliver lifestyle and wellbeing programs
- Provide one-on-one support for residents
- Manage the review and ongoing evaluation of wellbeing care plans and assessments
- Provide an exceptional stakeholder experience
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents wellbeing needs are being met

Things that matter to us
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
