We provide a Graduate Program to give you exposure to all aspects of sales and operations, whilst ensuring you enjoy a rounded experience across a range of different communities that we serve. This year we’re excited to announce the expansion of our program, now offering two streams for graduates to select from - Agribusiness or Business Banking.

Successful graduates will participate in rotations between all key divisions that support our clients’ finance requests. That means you will be working closely with our dedicated team of Relationship Managers and Lending Analysts and more.

If you are looking for a program where you can be yourself and be exposed to exciting and challenging experiences, then this is the program for you. Your skills will be developed and refined through both on the job coaching and mentoring as well as in self-directed learning environments.

You will form part of an established and constantly evolving program with a supportive graduate community. This program is a key part in our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for talented and motivated graduates who have completed their degree within the last three years and share our ambition to support and enable customers to build vibrant businesses across Australia. In 2026 our Agribusiness stream is offering places in **Geraldton, Adelaide, Mildura, Ballarat, Gippsland, Dubbo or Wagga Wagga.**

If you are energised by community engagement in all its forms and a self-starter who is motivated by challenges and new experiences, we might be the place for you. Previous agricultural experience or work experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
