**Production Manager / Technical Producer**

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects at Pixel Zoo run smoothly and to schedule, from concepts through to final delivery. Your role as a bridge between creative teams and upper management will be pivotal in driving projects to success and maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment.

**Expected Tasks**:

- Creating and overseeing production schedules
- Liaising with clients in a professional, friendly and respectful manner
- Regularly review the work output, providing constructive feedback and maintaining quality control of the production.
- Liaising and effectively communicating with studio leads and management to ensure scheduling and resources are allocated appropriately, and flagging any issues quickly
- Ensuring all work follows studio policies and guidelines

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience in managing large-scale animation projects or multiple 3D productions concurrently
- Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as project management tools and production tracking software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage complex productions and address challenges proactively
- A passion for animation and a commitment to delivering exceptional visual experiences

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Lakes, QLD 4509: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production management: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
