- Part-time (0.2FTE), fixed-term contract starting 1 November 2025 until 30 June 27 based in UniSA Education Futures Unit at the Mawson Lakes Campus
- Salary range: $2,943 - $81,988 [pro rata] per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

**About you**

You are a tech-savvy and solutions-oriented professional with excellent time management and a proactive, can-do attitude. You work well both independently and as part of a team, communicate clearly, and handle competing demands with ease. Confident in liaising with schools and university stakeholders, you bring creativity, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills to support impactful program delivery.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Professor of the Learning Sciences, you will coordinate and provide administrative support for the UniSA Education Futures Educational Outreach program. Under the guidance of senior outreach officers and academic staff, you will help deliver the program in schools, manage related administrative and technical tasks, and maintain online delivery platforms to ensure smooth and effective program delivery across South Australia and nationally.

**To be successful you will need**
- Tertiary qualification (or progress towards one) in Education, Psychology or related field
- Experience delivering complex programs for children and young people
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across sectors and organisations
- Solid administrative and organisational skills in a university setting
