**The brand**
This brand is a well known premium retailer specializing in sporting fashion and streetwear. You will be working with an exceptional, highly experienced, and supportive senior team. With a huge range of international sporting brands, stocking all the latest in trainers and apparel, this is an opportunity not to be missed

**What's required for the role**
- Train, mentor and coach team members to exceed set targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service whilst managing daily duties in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and inspire the team on the shop floor and back of house to ensure that all operational tasks are completed
- Ensure mannequins, displays and windows are updated in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines and expectations

**About you**
- An experienced Retail Manager who can lead a team of 15+ (sports background is preferred but not essential)
- Experience in training, coaching and developing team members
- You have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI's
- Passion for sporting lifestyle and up to date with the latest sporting trends
