**About Us**

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

We are looking for a Lead Educator and Educational leader for the service, who has a great understanding of the EYLF and is capable of supporting the team. We are 49 place service for children under 3 years of age. We have 3 rooms Babies-16 children per day, Toddlers 1- 20 children per day and Toddlers 2- 12 children per day.

Our centre is nestled in the heart of Chelsea, and close to Bonbeach, Carrum, Chelsea Heights, Edithvale and Seaford. Our 20 team members who in some cases have been with us longer than 10+ years are like one big family.

**About You**
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
