Reporting to the Reporting to the Senior Manager Portfolio Acceleration, this is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation program and make a significant and long-lasting impact on the business.

You will be responsible for analysing key metrics, mapping high-level interdependencies, and developing and presenting ideas for accelerating portfolio benefits.

Other **Key Responsibilities **Include:

- Co-create monthly Portfolio Governance reporting for various forums (ELT Updates, MBR).
- Provide insights and recommendations on Asahi Beverages initiatives and strategies.
- Develop and present ideas for accelerating portfolio benefits through various levers.
- Connect with Functional and Business Unit peers and teams to drive key actions.
- Share key actions and forum outcomes with various Senior Leaders and teams.
- Work with different Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners to rapidly resolve specific opportunities or issues related to high-value initiatives or topics.

With your excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, you will help the Transformation Team accelerate and amplify benefits in concert with our Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners.

In addition, you have:

- Extensive experience in business and financial analysis to enable effective decision-making.
- Extensive experience in strategy development and implementation, ideally in FMCG context.
- Comfort in working in highly dynamic and evolving work environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, ability to assess different options critically and suggest recommendations based on consistent and effective logic.
