As our next Lead Technician, you will act as a key member of the technical team. Working out on the road and visiting customers sites, you will add significant value by:

- Installing the latest security, access control and IP CCTV systems across a wide range of commercial and residential premises.
- Responding to service calls and fault-finding requests to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks with existing customers and recommending any upgrades or improvements to their security systems.
- Performing site assessments and assisting the office team with estimates and quotations.
- Becoming a technical lead in our service department where you will eventually train, develop and mentor upcoming technicians.
- Acting as a technical advocate to identify any site or client concerns and recommending improvements with management.

- Have an open cabling license or an A-grade electrical license
