Pel-Air, a leader in air charter services, aeromedical operations, and aircraft maintenance, is inviting expressions of interest from qualified professionals for the full-time role of B2-Avionics Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. This opportunity is based in Brisbane, Queensland, and offers a chance to join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in aviation.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on Saab340 turboprop RPT aircraft and components.
- Ensure all maintenance and repairs are carried out to the highest standards.
- Conduct maintenance activities within regulatory, and Company, rules of compliance.
- Service tooling, and ground equipment.
- Participate in aircraft recovery in remote settings.
- Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
- Communicate, and co-ordinate maintenance activities, with Maintenance Control/CAMO.
- Liaise with Operations personnel.
- Co-ordinate Logistics requirements.
- Reporting to the Brisbane_ Line Maintenance Supervisor_.

**Essential Criteria**:

- CASA Type rated license advantageous.
- Ability to work a flexible 38-hour, 7-day roster.
- A sound knowledge of aviation Quality Assurance (QA) principles.
- Good working knowledge, and sound principles of WH&S practices.
- Good working knowledge, and sound principles of Human Factors aspects.
- Basic IT, and computer skills.
- A valid state driver’s license.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Sound work ethics.
- Ability to work within a close team environment, and independently.
- Professional presentation and conduct.
- Meet the requirements to hold an _Aviation Security Identity Card_ and _Airside Driving Licence._

**Preferred Criteria**:

- B2 license with SF340 Type highly desirable.
- Non-licensed AME’s, currently in Diploma level training.
- Experience on transport category aircraft.
- Experience in Line maintenance operations.
- Holding of other aircraft type ratings will be an added advantage.
