Charles Stewart and Co, newly part of the Elders family, is a long standing business specialising in Property Management, Residential and Commercial Property Sales and Livestock sales, operating across the Western District of Victoria.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Assistant Property Manager / Sales Assistant to join the team located in Colac to provide professional customer service, great communication and prompt response to Landlords, Tenants and Management.

**Responsibilities**:
Working alongside a Mentor in learning and contributing to all aspects of the Assistant Property Manager / Sales Assistant position, the successful incumbent will undertake a diverse range of duties including;
- Assist with preparation of relevant lease documentation as required
- Completion of property inspections alongside tenants and potential purchasers as required
- Transact business with debtors and creditors
- Provide quick response and follow up to enquires from landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers
- Provide written reports to management on a monthly basis or as required
- Contribute to and work as part of the Property Management and Sales team

In consideration for this position you may be looking to commence your career in the Property Management/Real Estate Industry or currently working in a similar role and looking for a new opportunity.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate;
- Quality customer service skills
- Excellent organisation skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be confident, have initiative and enjoy working in a small team environment
- Experience in the Office suite of products, including Word and Outlook
- Relevant qualifications in Property Management / Real Estate Sales whilst not essential are advantageous
