Our client, Days Industrial (Goulburn Industrial & Welding Supplies Pty Ltd), is a family-owned industrial supplies business that meet all welding, industrial and safety requirements. The company has built a solid reputation based on reliable performance, quality service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Days Industrial is currently looking for full-time Electronics Technician to join the team in Goulburn, NSW. This work is highly specialised as the company requires familiarity with a variety of tools to provide after-sales support and servicing to customers.
Work Schedule: 38 hours per week
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshooting industrial electronics and equipment like welding machines, servo motors circuits, automobile, and heavy equipment computers
- Diagnosing and testing electronic components like PWM, power MOSFET, IGBT, IC, etc. using a multi-tester, signal generator, and oscilloscope based on the datasheet of any components
- Repairing, replacing the defective component using a digital microscope, reworks station and soldering process.
- Disassembling and assembling back of all parts and components
**Requirements and skills**
- Experience in repairs and maintenance of welding machines.
- Experience in troubleshooting Miller, Cigweld, ESAB, WIA, Kemppi machines.
- Must have at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Excellent time management abilities
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- electronic technician: 5 years (preferred)
