Located in the picturesque Dandenong Ranges, _Puffing Billy Railway, _a Victorian State entity is Australia's premier preserved steam railway. Operating on the original mountain track from Belgrave to Gembrook, this century-old train offers a range of fun-filled experiences for visitors young and old.
An iconic tourist attraction, _Puffing Billy Railway_ attracts large numbers of tourists each year, thanks to the tireless efforts of more than 300 volunteers and a team of dedicated staff.
**About the Opportunities**
We have lots of opportunities for **enthusiastic, friendly people** to join the Commercial team at _Puffing Billy Railway_. These **casual roles** are primarily located at the **Lakeside Visitors Centre, Emerald** along with shifts at Belgrave, Menzies Creek and Gembrook - stations along the _Puffing Billy Railway_ train line
Key responsibilities for these roles are (but not limited to):
- Provide exceptional customer service to our visitors visiting our food and beverage and retail outlets
- Interact, communicate and provide attentive service to our visitors
- Work as part of a team
Availability to **work primarily day shifts** (10.00am to 5.00pm). Shifts are available 7 days a week with a focus on Friday, Saturday and Sundays on a rostered basis. School holiday availability also required.
Whether you are **skilled in hospitality work or new to the sector** we are interested to hear from you. **Training and support** will be offered within our friendly _Puffing Billy Railway_ team

- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and/or a current Food Handlers Certificate looked upon favourably
