**About the job**
This is a full-time position working a 7/7 roster. In this role, you will work on our central operation crew earning a base hourly rate of $34.61 per hour with a dive allowance of $97.54 per dive day.
In this role, you will work with a multi-skilled crew. Dive duties can include:

- Net inspections and underwater repairs;
- Mort retrieval and general recovery;
- Net scoring and Mooring checks;
- Fish schooling and behavioural observation; and
- General farm hand duties as required.

If you love being outdoors and working on the water, this is the role for you
To be successful in this role you will need:

- A minimum of a Certificate III in Aquaculture Dive or an ADAS Aquaculture SSBA to 30 metres Commercial dive qualification;
- Commitment to working in a marine farming environment;
- Strong communication skills;
- Coxswains Grade 2 ticket; (desirable)
- Rights to work in Australia; and
- To successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug test.
