CCSG Legal is seeking a talented individual to join our vibrant team, specialising in commercial recoveries and offering exposure to various legal practices. Get ready to dive into a range of engaging tasks and gain hands-on experience.

As a _Paralegal _your main aim is to run a high-volume, front-end litigation practice with a focus on insurance recoveries.

We work on a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) for a full-time employee. This role must be able to work a minimum of 4 days per week (however, full-time preferred).

**Responsibilities**

Here’s an example of your day to day:

- Assist in the preparation of legal documents for enforcement.
- Collaborate with major clients and actively participate in court proceedings across Australia.
- Provide essential legal administrative support, including online court filing, drafting, and amending correspondence, and conducting legal research.
- Master the art of time management and relationship building to excel in your role.
