We are currently searching for a **full time T-Legend / Store Manager** to join our T-Brewery in _Rouse Hill_

**Job Summary**

As a store manager, you will be enthusiastic to manage/train a team of customer facing T-Ristas, a can-do attitude and responsible for every aspect of the retail store operations to deliver world class Chatime experience.
- Lead and manage your team to ensure and improve overall business excellence
- Ensure maintenance of a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
- Always ensure compliance with legal regulations within the premises
- Organize employee rosters on a weekly basis
- Review and plan staffing levels to ensure strategies are in place for the type, cost and volume of employees required to meet company objectives
- Play an integral role in the recruitment process by identifying and retaining key talent for your team
- Continuously build and manage relationships with your team, customers, and stakeholders
- Ensure operational goals are continuously met by driving all initiatives to achieve sales goals
- Oversee continuous customer service delivery by setting high-quality standards
- Be passionate about the brand by driving Chatime values
- Meet store financial objectives through budgeting, wages
- Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing waste, and ensuring high quality of preparation
- Execution on all cost drivers including COGS, Labour, KPI’s
- Continuously update your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and other development opportunities that may arise
- Protect the brand image by ensuring the interior presentation of the store is kept up to great standards and staff take pride in their workplace
- Assist management with day-to-day operation including stock take, control procedures, cash reconciliation, and banking

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
