About the role
The Learning and Capability unit is seeking a motivated, collaborative and experienced Designer and Facilitator.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Designer and Facilitator, assisting with the design, development and facilitation of learning programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders within Parliament of Victoria.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate proven experience in design and facilitation of learning programs. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Demonstrated success in creating and delivering customised learning and development programs with a focus on building capability.
- Experience in designing and writing training material with strong attention to detail
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
