As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our community, and promote our services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys creating compelling content.

**About Us**

We are an NDIS registered provider with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, music therapists and exercise physiologists all working as part of a transdisciplinary team. We have three clinics, two in Sydney’s Inner West and one in the beautiful Riverina. It’s the diversity of clients we see that makes us truly unique, including children with cerebral palsy, autism, developmental delay as well as typically developing children.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives, including:

- Campaign creation, execution and management: set up, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and making real-time adjustments to optimise successful lead generation outcomes.
- Work with our social media content creator to successfully execute a social media content calendar in line with our content strategy and business objectives to drive enquiries.
- Website/ SEO optimisation and management
- Networking with key stakeholders, e.g. NDIS Plan Managers and Local Area Coordinators.
- Liaise with our external digital marketing agency re: Google ads
- Website development - liaise with our external website developers re: website performance.
- Copywriting - website and promotional materials
- Creating branded marketing materials for internal and external promotion, including brochures, posters and presentations
- Preparing marketing activity reports and metrics
- Coordinating photo shoots
- Event planning and promotion

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Qualification at the level of bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing.
- A minimum of three years experience in the marketing or communications field.
- Experience working in the disability sector or allied health fields - NDIS knowledge essential.
- Experience with Marketing platforms and software - Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Survey Monkey, Wordpress, Mailchimp and Capcut.
- Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) specialist.
- Strong writing, content creation and social media management skills.
- Photographic / video editing and production skills desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Agency experience desirable.
- A passion for working in a child-focused environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
