**Job Description Overview**:

- A Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing - Qualified Optical Dispenser highly desireable or very qualified Optical Dispenser.
- Previous Optical Management experience - Prefer a minimum of 2 years Management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate, mentor and lead a team in a supportive and inclusive environment
- Responsible for ensuring the store is compliant with the Company’s policies and procedures, answering to your Zone or State Manager who will support and guide you with decision making.
- Provide administrative support for Optometrists
- Proficient in dispensing prescription spectacles according to individual needs.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated, positive and friendly personality

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

- Mount Ommaney, QLD 4074: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
