Position: Part-Time Barista

Location: Malvern, Vic 3144

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, teas, and other refreshments with precision and care.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, equipment, and dining areas.
- Offer recommendations to customers based on their preferences and our menu offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malvern, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
