**Job Description**:
We’re seeking a passionate, results-orientated individual who wants to work for an organisation that makes a real difference in peoples’ lives. This role will be supporting our talented team based across Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania and the ACT.

**About you**
- A growth mindset with management experience or acumen as a leader of occupational rehabilitation services - extensive experience in workplace rehabilitation or related human services, insurance, health or business management field
- Leadership expertise within dispersed teams
- Proven experience in achieving business growth, profitability and quality advancements
- Demonstrated ability to determine strategies to identify and solve business challenges

**The role**
- Achieve year-on-year business objectives as per budget and strategic plan
- Successfully lead and build a team of leaders, supporting them to achieve their key performance indicators
- Facilitate a high-level of engagement across your talented team
- Drive customer satisfaction understanding, measurement and improvements across your team to deliver service excellence
- Manage and regularly report/forecast on your area’s financial budget, whilst providing direction and support to your team to meet their budgets
- Oversee and actively review your area’s operational systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and that all risks are managed and mitigated
- Drive innovation and actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Full and current registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor.
