As a Job Coach you will prepare job seekers within the **Disability Employment Services **for employment, and:

- Place job seekers into sustainable employment;
- Actively reverse market participants to potential employers, including undertaking marketing activities to build employer networks and vacant positions.
- Gain a good understanding of the local labour market needs and appropriately skill our job seekers to best meet these needs
- Encourage and motivate job seekers through appropriate activities to find their own employment;

**Qualifications**:
**You will have**:

- Experience in providing support, information and referrals to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Ideally retail, sales, banking background and experience with targets and KPI's
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
- Learn new computer systems quickly and a Microsoft Office star.
