**Your new company**
Hays Office Support are currently seeking an Operations Support Officer for a well-known Tasmanian organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team & assist with administrative requirements relating to operations support and development. This organisation undertakes scientific work of practical, economic, and national significance. The role will require full-time hours and will be offered as a temporary 8-month assignment.

**Your new role**
Based in Kingston, our client is an organisation that focuses on the environment and sustainability. As the Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with a small, high-performing team. You will provide administrative support with the ticketing and provisioning activities for expeditioners, including flights and accommodation. You will also manage records and databases, engage with external stakeholders, and show abilities to be cooperative and responsive. If you are interested in a high-level administrative role and have experience in this field, this is the job for you

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be the successful applicant you'll have demonstrated experienced working in an administrative role. In addition, you will have;
- Proven capabilities to employ your existing experience to effectively support a high tempo operational team
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligence and attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy with internal databases
