**The Role**
Functional Consultants have responsibility for capturing, managing & delivering the project requirements, providing expertise and guidance on Brennan’s technology offerings.
They guide customers through their delivery journey & ultimately ensure that the delivered solution & their delivery experience provides a suitably high return on the customer’s investment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Architects to deliver Brennan projects for clients across Australia.
- Contribute to solution development through hands-on configuration, customisation & continuous improvement.
- Play an active role in the presales process, engaging with clients to understand their needs and shape effective solutions.
- Build and refine project backlogs, supporting the scoping phase to ensure clear, achievable deliverables.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.
- Support client education and adoption, guiding users through the implementation journey to ensure a seamless experience and maximum satisfaction.
**Skills & Experience You’ll Bring**
- Four years’ experience delivering innovative software solutions that drive real business outcomes.
- Two years’ hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on Business Central.
- Solid functional configuration expertise across one or more of Brennan’s core technology offerings.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, delivering value iteratively and collaboratively.
- Strong communication & facilitation skills, with experience running client workshops, gathering insights and presenting solutions.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward.
**Note**:As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
