Our vision is to create a restaurant and bar that makes our guests feel a visit with us is a celebration enjoying exceptional food and unique beverages in a social and comfortable atmosphere.

**We are opening a brand-new restaurant in Parramatta and are looking for experienced Bartenders to join our opening team. **We're looking for someone who is friendly, a delightful host, and a local. The successful applicant will be passionate about preparing new exciting drinks and has love for the classics. Our bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to make the bar operate seamlessly. This role goes beyond the bar itself, to take ownership of guest service more broadly, do what needs to be done.

**About You**
- Exceptional customer service and ability to develop genuine relationships and connections with guests
- Minimum of 2 years in a bartender role in a restaurant, club or hotel environment
- Accountability for stock control and reporting
- Valid RSA - requirement for this position
- Able to work on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
