In partnership with ADSSI Limited, ET Australia Training College is looking for entry-level Community Support Workers to fill upcoming vacancies. You will be trained to provide quality care and support to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work with clients in their homes throughout the Central Coast by supporting them with practical activities, including but not limited to shopping, cleaning, cooking and personal care. You will make ADSSI’s clients’ daily life manageable - while at the same time helping them to live their best life.

Due to the fact ADSSI Limited works with vulnerable people, they are seeking people with the following attributes:

- Passion for supporting clients with practical activities making their day-to-day life manageable while at the same time helping them to live their best life
- First Aid certificate - or willing to get before commencing employment
- Current Working with Children Check - or willing to get before commencing employment
- Current Australian Nationally Coordinated Criminal History - or willing to get before commencing employment
- Evidence of protection against the infectious diseases listed in the relevant policies of NSW Health relating to the ComPacks project (childhood vaccination schedule)
- First and second COVID Vaccination dose and any Booster Vaccination as it falls due and in line with Government recommendations
- Physical capability to provide personal care/cleaning services to older people
- Current NSW driver’s license and safe driving record
- A current, reliable, well-presented vehicle with comprehensive insurance cover
