**Casual Educators**

**Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood**

**$31 to $60 per hour depending on qualification and experience**

**One Tree Community Services - Timbertop**
At Timbertop Early Learning Centre, children have the opportunity to grow and develop through play - the way children learn best. They are given every opportunity to explore the world around them, expand their love of learning, build their knowledge, and develop their ability to form important social connections. Within our long day care we offer a nursery room, toddler room and pre-kinder room.

**What you’ll bring**
- Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor degree in Early childhood
- A valid working with children card
- VIT registered as required
- Experience working with children with diverse needs
- Ability to develop children’s perspectives
- Strong Pedagogical practice shaped by advocacy for children
- A bright personality and good energy
- A willingness to learn and grow as part of the team

**What you’ll do**
- Availability to work rotating rosters of 7am to 6pm.
- You will be able to recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team
- You will be able to build positive relationships with peers, families, and children
- You will have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Sound understanding of health and safety in the early years
- You will have passion and enthusiasm and will want to have fun
