**Residential Cleaner (Subcontractor) - Only Cleaning**

Only Cleaning is a premium cleaning service specializing in luxury homes across the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, detailed cleaning services to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for reliable and professional cleaners to join our team as subcontractors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-standard residential cleaning, including deep cleans and regular maintenance cleans.
- Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific requests.
- Ensure all work meets Only Cleaning’s quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients and the team.
- Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- ABN (Australian Business Number) required.
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be punctual, trustworthy, and have strong attention to detail.
- Public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
