_Part-time | 2-3 days per week | 8:30am - 4:30pm_

Do you love toys and enjoy helping customers? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Toy Shop Assistant to join our team in our online warehouse. While this role is based in the warehouse, it has a strong retail and customer service focus.

**About the role**:
As part of our small team, you’ll help ensure customers have the best possible experience, from placing their orders online through to receiving them. Your role will be varied and hands-on, including:

- Packing and preparing online orders with care and accuracy
- Assisting click & collect customers with a friendly attitude
- Helping with stock and inventory management
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming warehouse environment
- Some heavy lifting may be required as part of handling stock

**About you**:

- Enthusiastic and customer-focused
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail, customer service, or warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential
